Big MAGA money has exposed itself publicly to do all the damage and profiteering it could manage. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), enacted in 1970
Maximum criminal financial penalties under the RICO Act are:
$250,000 for individuals, or $500,000 for organizations,
OR up to twice the amount of the defendant’s illegal gains or the victims’ losses, whichever is greater.
This fine is in addition to a maximum prison sentence of 20 years (or life if the underlying crime, such as murder, carries a life sentence), and mandatory forfeiture of all proceeds obtained through racketeering activity. (Wikipedia)
RICO can also be used in Civil cases. It can reveal tax evasion schemes the IRS may then pursue in court. So far, it has done so quite flaccidly; mostly not at all. That can change with renewed Congressional legislation and oversight. Once and for all, it would be open season on white collar crime in America. Watch the fat cockroaches cringe, scatter and hide!

Seize Trump and other MAGA politicians, psycho billionaires and sociopath millionaires who grew fat on bogus Federal subsidies, ICE thugs, professional liars who made money in government, in mainstream media and on right-wing social platforms. Fake reverends, End Times fabulist world wreckers and Revelation militarists professional and amateur.
RICO them. Freeze their assets all at once so they can’t reorganize. After rapid conviction, impound their ill-got gains and tax-evasion assets. At least decimate the worst among them, as examples for their once and future, small-time imitators. Under Trump’s rule, every enforcement branch and inspectorate was neutralized. While the cats were away, the rats danced. All of them have skeletons to hide now, for us to expose once the lights come back on.
Several other groups require massive correction. Corporate executives of profit-taking enterprises who replaced cheap, highly effective and freely repairable products with big-ticket, mediocre substitutes engineered to fail over time, to corrupt the environment and health, and to require expensive commercial maintenance and replacement over and over. Regulatory agencies set up to protect them and other special interests by impeding honest competition. We never got Thorium power reactors because the Federal government priced their official certification beyond reach. Some medicinal plants are not marketed, some are illegal to grow and sell, just because corporations can't patent them. Many useful inventions and discoveries were quietly bought up, destroyed and forgotten because corporations favored a less effective, more profitable products. You know who I am talking about. RICO may not be applicable in their case. Different legislation is called for.
Ruin them, ruin their Nazi schemes and break their political stranglehold for good. Take all that blood money, and pay for the line items above. A fortune spent on beneficial investment. Take a well-deserved break after a job well done.
